Bio 

Gil is a visual artist. 

His practice uses graphic design, science communication and visual storytelling to channel concepts of temporal ecology, global change, quantum physics, quantum computing, QPU graphics and Dr. Hugh Everett III's many worlds interpretation (MWI).

He has developed creative work for educational and cultural institutions, small-to-global entities and creative partners.

Currently he is a research assistant at the School for Life Sciences of Fachhochschule Nordwestschweiz (FHNW) in Muttenz, Switzerland. His work there is at the intersection of visual art, applied quantum computing and digital life sciences.

From 2017-2022, he held the title of Assistant Visuals Editor at The Wall Street Journal in New York City.

He received his bachelor’s in Mass Communications and Advertising from VCU, in Richmond, Virginia, USA. He did graduate study in visual communication at the Hochschule für Gestaltung und Kunst Basel FHNW in Switzerland.

He is based between New York City and Basel.
